MANUFACTURING
At Jcturf, precision meets performance. Our vertically integrated manufacturing system combines advanced tufting lines with a fully automated 70-meter drying tunnel, enabling consistent, high-volume production across turf types and specifications.
From glue application and heat-setting to pre-shrinking, punching, and final packaging, every process is controlled for accuracy, speed, and environmental efficiency.
